The retail version of Far Cry 2 comes with securom DRM, and windows 10 doesn't like that type of drm. Any game on a disc with securom will have a lot of problems installing on windows 10. My PC has been crashing frequently over the last 3 weeks when a) I play Far Cry 2 or b) play Far Cry 2 and watch a video (Divx). It BSODs sometimes up to 10 times a day. It might crash within 5 minutes of gaming or after a 2 or even 4 hours. Then it might crash several times in a row when starting KAreil Jan 6, 2015 @ 10:41am. Alt + Enter does the trick. Thanks for the answer @KAreil. #2. Right click on the game in Steam. Click Properties, click the Local Files tab, and then click Verify Integrity Of Game Cache.
